ABSS Suction and Pressure Blast Cabinets that are fitted with a Reverse Pulse Dust Collector are supplied standard with a Manually Operated Pulse system.

This is not always the best option especially if the cabinet is used by many Operators. Quite often the manual pulse is not activated causing blockages, a dusty working environment and shorter than normal Filter Cartridge life.

This issue is negated by fitting an ABSS Automatic Pulsing System.

Automatic Pulse Systems are set and forget. Your work chamber will stay clearer and the Filter Cartridge will work more efficiently.

Working on a Cycle Timer, Dust build up on the Filter Cartridge is released by automatically releasing a large burst of compressed air from the manifold through the centre of the Filter Cartridge.

The spacing of Pulses (in seconds) and the length of Pulse are fully adjustable.

Only 240V is required.
