Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauges
A Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge measures the pressure drop across the filter for the purpose of determining whether or not the Dust Collector Filter Cartridges are operating within the design range.
Broken Bag Detection Systems
Broken Bag Detection Systems use a Dust Probe to sense the precence of dust on the Clean Air side of the Dust Collector. This can be linked to a display that indicates the row(s) of Filters that are bypassing Dust. Audible Alarms or Flashing Strobes can be installed for faster identification of an issue.
Automatic Pulse Cleaning Systems (E10)
The ABSS E10 Pulse Timer is a Ten (10) output, diaphragm valve pulse controlling system. Additional input from and sensor (level, temperature, header pressure) Valves coil fault (Open or Short circuit) and an easy to follow maintenance page where you can pulse any valve separately.
Camfil Farr FDC Differential Pulse Cleaning Systems
The Camfil-Farr FDC Controller is the first to have Graphical User Interface (GUI) for ease of use, with clear, permanent instructions posted on the NEMA 4X water and chemical proof box. A pulse cleaning switch on the front of the box allows the user to clean “on demand” when the high pressure setting is reached and a dirty filter alarm sounds. By pulse-cleaning only when needed, less dust passes through the filters for reduced emissions.

A simple, No Mess option for removing and disposing dust from your Dust Collector. The ABSS Drum Liners fit to the base of your Dust Collector. When full, simply seal and dispose. Manufactured from very heavy grade plastic to minimise the chances of breakage.
