The ABSS Micro Valve II is the second generation Micro Valve. It has several New features which make it one of the most efficient Abrasive Metering Valves available today. A large drain hole has been added to assist with clearing of any blockages and the Micro Valve II can now have the control knob and plunger assembly removed from the valve body without the need to remove the valve from the Blast Pot.
The ABSS Micro Valve offers a high degree of Abrasive Media adjustment. The advantages are precise and constant media flow with virtually no media wastage.
The ABSS Micro Valve is suitable for all Abrasive Media from soft Plastic Media, Garnet through to Steel Grit.
The simple design allows for easy maintenance with minimal downtime.
The ABSS Small Blast Pot Feed Valve is the baby of our range and it is used primarily on the ABS20 and ABS40 Blast Pots. It is a versatile Valve suitable for use with most Abrasive Media including Garnet and Steel Grit.
