EcoQuip® take pride in knowing their systems provide an Eco-Friendly method of Abrasive Blast Cleaning. The EcoQuip® system has the ability to eliminate over 90% of airborne particles while achieving removal rates comparable to traditional Dry Blast Cleaning processes and therefore improve the efficiency by minimising the containment required and reducing the project costs. Superior in technology, EcoQuip® products are designed to be used in a variety of difficult environmental conditions like high-humidity, rain and even underwater.

The EcoQuip® high-performance systems are a proven solution when it comes to surface preparation for the Mining Industry, Bridges, Large Painting and Coating Contractors, Waste Treatment Plants. The EcoQuip® systems consumes only 22-45 kgs (50-100 lbs) of Abrasive Media per hour, minimises Containment requirements and lowers cleanup and disposal costs.

The EcoQuip® machines are versatile and gentle enough to clean wood, sandstone or limestone. Often these are the building materials used in historical structures. EcoQuip® has the ability to leave a smooth profile on these historical structures, and after a quick adjustment, able to remove high-solid paint off steel.

The technology behind the EcoQuip® system is a mixture of Compressed Air, Abrasive Media and Water Vapour, combined with a unique flow-design. With the consumption of less than One Litre of Water Per Minute, mixed with your choice of Abrasive Media, and operating pressures as low as 30 psi to a high of 130 psi.

Traditional Graffiti Removal methods like chemicals and Soda-Blasting are not safe for the environment killing the surrounding vegetation. Pressure Washing, Chemical Stripping, Soda-Blasting and Sand-Blasting can destroy brick and remove mortar from walls. These methods also have poor production rates. This coupled with the damage to the sub-surface make these methods ineffective. EcoQuip® systems were built with a wide range of pressures to be utilised on gentler surfaces like brick, so paint can be stripped while protecting the sub-surface. EcoQuip® systems can also remove paint layer by layer, so you can remove graffiti effectively even from painted surfaces like metal or wood signs. EcoQuip® has become the standard for Eco-Conscious Blasting.

The EQ600C is a high-production, stand-alone unit that attaches to an Air Compressor 375CFM-425CFM. It has a Blasting Pressure range from 30-130 psi. This unit comes standard with a galvanized Schmidt/Axxiom Blast Pot, Stainless Steel Crash Frame, Control Panel, Plumbing and Components, along with user-friendly controls. It has a 474 litre (125 US gallon), UV protected Poly Tank. This is all designed to withstand the toughest conditions. The EQ600C comes standard with 18 metres (50 feet) of Blast Hose, Pneumatic Deadman Control and Blast Nozzle.
