The ABSS Boron Carbide Blast Nozzle is a Long Venturi Type Abrasive Blast Nozzle suitable for hard Abrasive Media such as Steel Grit, Steel Shot, Silicon Carbide, Aluminium Oxide and other hard Abrasive Media. Aluminium Jacketed, Boron Carbide Inner Liner and a 32mm entry ensures maximum productivity. The higher cost of these Blast Nozzles is easily justified as Boron Carbide will outlast Tungsten Carbide in some cases up to three times.
The ABSS SY Syclone Blast Nozzle is a general purpose, Polyurethane Jacketed Blast Nozzle. It features a Xylon Liner and a Polyurethane Jacket to absorb the treatment of a Blast Room facility. The Polyurethane Jacket is designed to absorb shock and help prevent damange to the Blast Nozzle.
Sizes include No.5 (5/16"-8mm), No.6 (3/8"-9.5mm), No.7 (7/16"-11mm) and No.8 (1/2"-12.5mm)
The ABBS ATW Tungsten Carbide Blast Nozzle is general purpose, economical Blast Nozzle. It features a Tungsten Carbide Liner suitable for most Blast Media and Blast Cleaning applications.
Sizes include No.4 (1/4"-6mm), No.5 (5/16"-8mm), No.6 (3/8"-9.5mm), No.7.(7/16"-11mm) and No.8 (1/2"-12.5mm)

It features a Silicon Carbide Liner and a Polyurethane Jacket to absorb the treatment of a Blast Room facility. The ABSS AT Tungsten Carbide Series Blast Nozzle is a short, straight bore Blast Nozzle commonly used in Blast Cabinet operations. It features a Tungsten Carbide Liner and a 19mm (3/4") fine thread.
Sizes include: 1/8"-3mm, 3/16mm-4.5mm, 1/4"-6mm, 5/16"-8mm and 3/8"-9.5mm
The ABSS range of Blast Hose Couplings and Blast Nozzle Holders are manufactured from sturdy, injection moulded nylon. They are a lightweight, economical and very tough.
